BBQ Meatloaf with Potato Wedges

Ingredients

1½ lb ground beef/turkey

½ cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, ¼ cup milk

1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, salt/pepper

½ cup BBQ sauce (divided)

1½ lb russet potatoes, wedges

2 tbsp oil

Directions

1. Heat oven 425°F/220°C.

2. Toss wedges with oil, salt/pepper; start roasting 15 min.

3. Mix meat with crumbs, egg, milk, seasonings, ¼ cup BBQ; shape loaf.

4. Add loaf to pan; brush with remaining BBQ; roast 30 min.

5. Rest 5 min; serve with wedges.
