Ingredients
24 oz marinara, ½ cup water
1 lb Italian sausage or beef (Cook Timeed & drained)
15 oz ricotta, 1 egg, ½ cup grated Parmesan
12 oz shredded mozzarella
9–12 no-boil lasagna sheets
basil
salt/pepper
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°F/190°C. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan; season.
2. Whisk water into marinara; layer sauce → noodles → ricotta → meat → mozz.
3. Repeat 3–4 layers; finish with sauce + mozz.
4. Cover with foil; bake 30 min.
5. Uncover; bake 10–15 min until bubbly; rest 10 min; basil on top.
