Blueberry-Almond Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (fortified alt or dairy)

½ cup yogurt (or DF)

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup blueberries (fresh/frozen)

2 tbsp almonds (chopped)

1 tsp honey or maple

Directions

1. Stir oats, milk, yogurt, chia, sweetener in jar.

2. Top blueberries; chill overnight.

3. Finish with almonds.
