Crispy Tofu Katsu Bowls

Ingredients

14 oz firm tofu, pressed & sliced

¼ cup flour (or cornstarch)

¼ cup plant milk + 1 tbsp flax meal (flax “egg”)

¾ cup panko

Salt/pepper, spray oil

Cooked rice, shredded cabbage, katsu sauce or curry mayo (vegan)

  Directions

1. Coat tofu: flour → flax milk → panko; season.

2. Air-fry 400°F 8–10 min (or pan-fry) until crisp.

3. Serve over rice with cabbage + sauce.
