Garlic-Butter Shrimp & Rice Skillet

Ingredients

* 1 lb shrimp, peeled

* 3 tbsp butter

* 3 cloves garlic, minced

* 3 cups cooked rice (day-old)* 2 tbsp lemon juice, parsley, salt/pepper

Directions

1. Melt butter; sauté garlic 30 sec.

2. Add shrimp; cook 2–3 min until pink; remove.

3. Add rice; toss 2–3 min.4. Return shrimp; lemon, parsley; season.
