Sheet-Pan Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

1½ lb flank/skirt steak, thinly sliced

3 bell peppers + 1 large onion, sliced

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

½ tsp smoked paprika

salt/pepper

Warm tortillas

lime

cilantro

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450°F/230°C.

2. Toss peppers/onion with half the oil + spices; roast 10 min.

3. Toss steak with remaining oil + spices; add to pan.

4. Roast 10–12 min (medium).

5. Squeeze lime; serve with tortillas.
