Ingredients
12 oz pasta (any)
1 ripe avocado
1 cup basil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 small garlic clove
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp nutritional yeast, salt/pepper
Directions
1. Boil pasta; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
2. Blend avocado, basil, lemon, garlic, oil, nutritional yeast, salt.
3. Toss with hot pasta; splash pasta water to loosen.
4. Pepper to finish; cherry tomatoes optional.
